The Ravendale Teahouse
The Ravendale Teahouse is a personal project that I have been working on for a few years and plan to release as a webcomic. It is a digitally drawn gothic coming-of-age story set in Victorian England.
In a sleepy English village in the 1870s a young woman finds herself working in a newly established teashop to pay for her ailing father’s medication. But the village is soon overcome by a strange illness which seems to affect everyone except those who work in the teashop. Most mysterious of all is the teashop’s owner – an ancient man who looked to be at death’s door upon his arrival but grows younger and healthier with each passing day–although Ruth is the only one who seems to notice.
